Marlborough Sauvignon, 77% of the country’s vineyard production, has brought New Zealand wines very much to the fore in the UK.
Vineyards extend 1,000 miles along the length of the two islands, starting in the sub-tropical north and ending in Central Otago, home to the world’s most southerly vineyards.
During this tasting we will taste some Sauvignon Blanc, but we will also explore the other wonderful wines that this cool climate region has to offer.

"An Introduction to Watercolour" Workshop with Imogen Partridge
Join Imogen for a relaxing and creative afternoon exploring the world of watercolour. This beginner-friendly workshop will introduce you to techniques, colour mixing, and practical tips to build your confidence.
With Imogen's guidance, you will create your own painting, it could be your home, a favourite place, or a meaningful scene. Please bring along a reference photo if you would like, or Imogen will have some images to work from.
The afternoon will be wonderfully calm and relaxed, a few creative hours to take you away from the rush of life. It will be friendly and welcoming, encouraging individual ideas and creative exploration.

Create a short animated film on this exciting two day course hosted by Andy Symanowski. Andy has over 20 years experience of animating, writing and directing at Aardman Studios with his credits including Wallace & Gromit, Shaun the Sheep, Chicken Run and many other TV series and commercials.
Over the two days you will discover the magic of stop-motion animation in this fun, practical workshop. Unleash your creativity and let your imagination run wild as you write, storyboard, model make and bring your creations to life as you animate a short film within a small crew.

‘The Wines of Central Italy’ - Wine Tasting with Wine Savvy
Following our Northern Italian tasting in February, we will tackle the whites and reds of Tuscany, the Abruzzo, Marche and Sardinia.

Wines of Burgundy - Wine Tasting with Wine Savvy
This tasting will help further your knowledge of one of the world’s most classic wine regions. Burgundy produces some of France’s most prestigious, elegant and long-lived wines. With Dijon to the north and Macon to the south the region is around 75 miles long and encompasses a wide range of soils and varying climates, so the wine styles differ markedly between north and south.
