MEETING ROOMS AND PRIVATE POD
We have two meeting rooms and a private pod (a single person workstation) which can be booked by the hour, from Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm. All bookings include complimentary Nespresso coffee and Mr. Ames speciality teas.
If you wish, we can arrange breakfast pastries for you and your guests so please drop us an email at hello@limetreeworkshop.co.uk to let us know numbers.
We are keen to help support our local high street which means you are very welcome to bring in your own lunch (shout if you need any suggestions). We have crockery and cutlery available for your use.
Large Meeting Room

Looking to impress clients? Need a offsite team meeting? Then look no further…
Our beautiful eight person boardroom, which includes a 55” screen, can be reserved in 30 minute increments.
Price: £35 plus VAT per hour
For bookings over seven hours, we offer a day rate of £250 plus VAT.
A 10% discount is also available for registered charities.

Small Meeting Room

Perfect for small meetings, interviews or as a private space to work together, our small meeting room can seat up to four people.
Price: £20 plus VAT per hour

Private Pod

Our soundproof workstation is bookable by the hour via the Book Now button below. Great for a confidential call, private Zoom / Teams meeting or a quiet space to work from.
Price: £7.50 plus VAT per hour
The booth is equipped with charging points and is fully ventilated.
For anyone looking to record a podcast, this private pod is perfect. We have a Logitec Yeti USB Streaming Microphone that can be hired, at a cost of £20 plus VAT per day or you can bring in your own equipment. Please just let us know if you need our microphone and we can make the reservation for this and the pod at the same time, and issue you with a single invoice.

Cancellations
Bookings for our meeting rooms or our private pod may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the start date and a full refund will be issued or the booking may be moved to a new date.
Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the meeting start date, though the booking may be transferred to an alternative date, to take place within three months. Please note that refunds will not be issued if a rebooked meeting is subsequently cancelled.
