All company post that we receive will be stored securely and email alerts will be sent to you advising when you have something to collect.

Virtual Office membership also gives you access to our members’ app where you can promote your business and connect with other members. You also receive a 10% discount on meeting room bookings when made via the app.

£45 plus VAT per month

In order to set up the virtual office membership, we require the following information:

  • Company Name, as registered at Companies House plus the Company Number

  • Photographic Proof of ID: passport or driving licence - we will need you to pop in and provide this so that we can confirm it is a true likeness

  • Proof of Address: utility bill or bank / building society statement for the company, dated no more than 3 months ago

If you are not regularly in Sevenoaks, we offer a postal scanning service at a cost of £55.00 plus VAT per month.
