OUR STORY
For over 20 years this beautiful, historic warehouse on Lime Tree Walk lay derelict and unloved.
In 2022, sisters Sandie Johnston and Cathy Emmins brought it back to life, transforming it into a vibrant design-led coworking space in the heart of Sevenoaks.
With Sandie’s background in meetings and events and Cathy’s in interior design, their very different skillsets proved to be the perfect combination. Their aim was simple: to create a local work community - an office without the politics - offering flexibility, great design and a genuinely enjoyable place to spend the working day.

Since opening it's doors, LIME TREE WORK SHOP has grown into a thriving community of businesses, freelancers and professionals.
Our friendly team is here to make sure everything runs smoothly, whether you’re joining us for a day’s hot desking, settling into your own office, meeting clients or attending an event.
We are proudly independent and committed to keeping LIME TREE WORK SHOP friendly, welcoming and a little different from the traditional office.
