This workshop will help you to understand how your children think as they grow and how you as parents can communicate better with them.

As a Life Coach and Arts Psychotherapist who work with teenagers, we will explain how different techniques and models are proven to improve parent child relationships. This will be a listening and interactive evening where you will leave feeling better able to relate to your child and therefore helping them to feel safe and understood.

This event is aimed at parents of kids aged 11-18 although there will be something to take away for parents of kids of all ages.
