Alongside her regular yoga classes and events, Lucy has trained as a Menopause Yoga Accredited teacher. She runs workshops locally themed to different stages and symptoms of the menopause.

The Sleep Clinic offers a deeply relaxing evening divided between theory and practice. A series of gentle yoga movements and deep stretches, paired with breathing techniques aim to sooth the relationship between body, breath and brain when sabotaged by menopause symptoms. Plus a sharing circle of relax hacks to improve sleep hygiene.
Previous yoga experience not essential.
