  • LIME TREE WORK SHOP is open from 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.

    Dedicated desk or private office members have access from 7.00am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Unfortunately not, as we are tucked away in a quiet residential street in the heart of Sevenoaks.

    However, there are a number of car parks locally which can be found by clicking here: Town Centre Parking

    If you are here all day, Sevenoaks Town multi-story car park (TN13 1LZ) is the cheapest option. You will need to download the MiPermit App to register your car and pay for parking. We are a five minute walk from there (TN13 1YH).

    If you are coming to an event here at the weekend, there is free parking, during the day on Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 7pm, at the Sevenoaks District Council offices - a three minute walk away:

  • No you don’t.

    Our hot desk space on the ground floor is available to anyone. You can either book a half day or full day pass, via the website, using the BOOK NOW button on the Home page or by clicking into the Hot Desk section.

    If you are thinking about a dedicated desk, private office or more regular hot desk access, then we do have various membership packages available.

    It only takes a few minutes for us to register you and arrange payment. Pop in and see us and we will walk you through the process and can sign you up.

    We also have two meeting rooms that can be booked by anyone.

  • We have both day and half day passes available to use in our hot desking space on the ground floor.

    Just book your prefered pass via the Hot Desk Passes tab or the BOOK NOW button on the home page of the website.

    Then turn up on the day, we will show you around, share the guest Wi-Fi password and show you how to work the all important tea and coffee facilities.

  • Membership packages operate on rolling monthly contracts.

    Dedicated desks require one months’ notice to cancel the membership.

    Private offices required three months’ notice.

    Hot desk monthly packages may be cancelled or paused any time before month end for the following month’s membership.

  • If you are a member on a monthly package, you are given access to our entry system whereby your mobile phone becomes your key with access times linked to the type of membership you have.

    If you are using us on an ad hoc basis, then just knock on the door when you arrive and we will let you in.

  • We have two meeting rooms, one seating four people and another for up to eight people. These can be booked by the hour by anyone, you do not need to be a member or using any of the coworking facilities to do this.

    Our events programme, is advertised on our external notice board and website and all of these events can be booked by anyone. Booking details will be found on our website on the Events Programme page.
