  • LIME TREE WORK SHOP 11 Lime Tree Walk Sevenoaks, England, TN13 1YH United Kingdom (map)

The ancient, proven and only Mind & Body (and spiritual) health system, that’s based on your individuality and applied based on your individual life circumstances.

Ayurveda, (Life Science) provides your right lifestyle and diet, based on your individual mental and physical constitution that creates balance and harmony for optimum mental and physical health.

This interactive presentation by Justin will unlock the oldest healing system in the world and bring it alive in you, put forward in layman's terms, to show how it’s not only relevant but also how it can be applied practically and easily in our modern world.

Discover and understand how your mental and physical wellbeing can benefit from Ayurveda.

No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is required, the information shared is useful for all levels and all are welcome.

What you’ll get from this presentation:

  • What Ayurveda is and why it’s useful to have the knowledge.

  • Guidance and recommendations on WHAT is the right lifestyle and diet for different constitution types, plus HOW changes can be most simply, practically and sustainably introduced based on any living situation

  • Where and how to simply and practically structure new changes including useful ways to introduce changes based on how you live at the moment

  • How to recognise and understand the 3 energies of Vata, Pitta and Kapha in you - Taking Ayurveda from intellect into practical knowledge

  • How Ayurveda can benefit your relationships, with yourself and others

  • An understanding of how the sister sciences of Yoga, (spiritual side of Ayurveda) and Ayurveda, (healing side of Yoga) interweave and work together

  • How Ayurveda can deepen an existing yoga practice

Plenty of time will be set aside for questions and answers to allow the presentation to open up and become more relatable.
